Training

To achieve our business objectives we have to ensure that our staff possess the right qualifications and skills, so we make constant investments in training.
Our in-house training colleges are producing a new generation of entry-level employees who will eventually replace the older employees as they retire. We also provide technical evening classes where staff can brush up their skills and acquire new competences. Together with the multi-skill training courses and a certified business management course that the company offers, the training programme enables employees to reach an advanced MBO (secondary vocational education) level.


Talent Management

The company promotes the personal development of its employees in various ways. For example, by performing a variety of different jobs, people acquire a range of practical knowledge and skills. Our P&O department also organises staff development programmes designed to help employees discover and hone their talents. The Talent Management programmes are an important instrument for achieving our ultimate aim, which is to create the ideal match between our strategic objectives of growth, innovation and cooperation and the personal ambitions of our employees.
