IHC Merwede devotes a lot of time and effort to implementing new business processes. It is important for the smooth running of our business that our procedures are clear and efficient. So the majority of IHC Merwede’s business units are NEN and/or ISO certified. That means we have documented a great many of our business processes in quality manuals.

To secure and retain the various certificates, the companies are regularly audited by external auditors, including Lloyds', Veritas and the SKH.
