The proforma consolidated balance sheet and profit and loss account are derived from the 2004 annual accounts of IHC Holland Holding BV and De Merwede Holding BV. The annual accounts are open for inspection at the office of the Commercial Register in Rotterdam. On the 31st of December, 2004 the companies are subsidiaries of IHC Caland NV, Schiedam, which includes the financial statements of IHC Holland Holding BV and De Merwede Holding BV in its consolidated annual accounts, which are open for inspection at the office of the Commercial Register in Rotterdam.
